What Will You Do If You Have To Swim With Anaconda?

I've been take an english course for about mmm let me see... for about two weeks and I want to share about what have we've done today hahaha

First of all, we've seen some pictures about 'extreme sports', it's funny you know =)))))) I mean, the pictures is not even a real pictures, but some of it (actually the real one is just one picture, the last haha) is an edited pictures =)))) First picure, it's a sport.... riding. Riding a dolphin. =))))))))) and the second befor the last is... surfing. Surfing in tsunami waves. =))))))

And then we splited into groups and discussed about such as extreme sport, adrenalin etc. etc. THEN the topic went to 'Make 5 questions about what scariest activities'. So, Me and Samuel made 4 questions (despite we've been told WE HAVE TO MADE 5) randomly. After that we have to asked random person 3 questions and compare the answer to each other answers.

So, I asked William and he asked me back, i forgot the questions so I won't write that =)))) Then a groups with 3 girls (I haven't knew their names yet) asked me. This is the funny part =)))))

Girls : What will you do if a komodo is in your room?
Me : I will.... scream of course.
Girls : Just scream? What if it's bite you?
Me : I will go to the hospital of course =))
Girls : But you can't! What if the komodo bite you then you're gone die? *A bit yelling*
Me : No! I won't because that will never happen =))

Then I asked them back blablabla then the teacher told us to sat down. Then He said He want Us to make a brand-new extreme sports based from the answers and questions =))))) My group got the first turn to tell what we've made but we couldn't so we pass and be the last turn. Because of that, the next group whom asked me got their turn, and they're said the name of their extreme sports is.... SWIMMING IN AMAZON WITH ANACONDA! =))))) I Loled so hard back then =)))))) Then when our turn to reveal our sports name, we told them our brand-new extreme sports name is..... HUNTING SNAKES IN THE GRAVEYARD........ then it's WRAP. The course done ._.

Well it's funny if I tell you face-to-face but because my english pretty... well not good enough, maybe there's still some wrong grammar or spelling I don't know I can't tell you properly :) I'm still learning, guys :)

Hari ini, Rabu 21 September 2011 adalah hari yang... well hari yang sudah direncanakan. Rencananya kan ya Gueh sama Megatrikania Kendali hari ini mau Placement Test di E.F. Banda barengan. Kita udah janjian jauh-jauh hari sampe punya rencana buat nyamain jawaban testnya biar sekelas =))))

Nah pas hari H (hari ini), ternyata kelas K yang kebetulan perlajaran terakhirnya cuma olahraga pulang lebih awal! Jam 9 udah pulang sekolah coba ~(‾▿‾~)(~‾▿‾)~ selama 2 jam akhirnya gue luntang-lantung di sekolah sambil mengedit tugas PKN dan jam 11 pun akhirnya caw ke Banda. Pas berangkat, gue pasang headset ke iPod gue dan langsung cari lagu bahasa Inggris yang belum pernah gue hafal =))))) Kebetulan kemarin malemnya kan baru masukin albumnya Demi Lovato yang Unbroken ke iPod dan ternyata berguna juga hahaha Sepanjang jalan gue dengerin itu lagu lirik demi lirik sambil melatih daya tangkap telinga ini untuk test nanti.

Nyampe disana sekitar jam setengah 12 dan nunggu Mbak Mega yang hadir 15 menit kemudian. Kita langsung ke meja receptionistnya sambil nanya-nanya dan daftar gitu. PAS DAFTAR INILAH GUE MENDAPATKAN COBAAN PERTAMA, yaitu.... nulis nama sendiri. Gini ya, formulir nama yang bahasa Inggris itu beda sama yang di Indonesia KARNA first name dan last name nya itu dipisah Щ(ºДºщ) problem sebenernya sih bukan disitu, tapi DI NAMA GUEHHH yang panjangnya sepanjang jalan kenangan dari anyer ke Jakarta -______- oke akhirnya berhasil terlewati dan Suranegara-nya ga kecantumin --__________--

Masuk ke ruangan Placement Test (yang ternyata itu tahap 1), dingin banget ya dan kita cuma bertiga saat itu, gue, Mega sama mbak-mbak-yang-katanya-ga-punya-waktu. Nah pas ngerjain listeningnya itu, yaampun itumah ya 1 soal listening berapa kali diputerlah suaranya =)))))) pas Grammar ya 50:50 lah dan pas reading ih boro-boro niat bacanya juga -_-

Nah beres itu, kita keluar ruangan kan yah disitulah nunggu interviewernya manggil. Gini dialognya :

Putra : Eh tadi ya saya....
Mega : Iya lah aku....
Putra : blabla
Mega : blabla
*Dateng bule*
Bule (yang belakangan gue tau namanya Billy) : Dewi?
mbak-mbak-yang-katanya-ga-punya-waktu (ternyata mbak Dewi) : Oh!
Billy : Hello, my name is Billy. This Way.
Dewi : *mengikuti*
Putra : Alah siah itu bule yang interviewnya! Gimana atuh alah siah
Mega : Aduh semoga giliran kita orang lokal deh..
Putra : *bbm teteh* Eh Meg, kata teteh saya kalo yang interviewnya cowo rata2 baik berarti yang cewe galak dong?
Mega : Iya put, disekolah aku juga guru Inggris yang cewe judes-judes
Putra : ................. *tegang*

Nah disini, gue udah rada was-was ya bakal gimana kan malu kalo di wawancara bule bahasa Inggrisnya salah =)))) Disaat itulah Mas Billy keluar dari belakang bareng mbak Dewi yang ternyata interviewnya cepet. Dia cek daftar gitu dan tiba-tiba...

Billy : Raden Mochamad...?
Putra : *AAAH SHT KOK GUE DULUAN!!!!!?????? muka panik, melirik ke mega* Saya duluan :((((

Pergilah kita ke dalem gedung, disana interviewnya masuk ke ruangan yang dingin dan KOSONG bikin gue makin parno.

Billy : Hello, you can sit there.
Putra : Oh, Ok, Thanks.
Billy : So, what can I call you? (Oh iya, karna gue udah lupa2 inget pertanyaan dia dan buat gue tulis ulang gue rada dongkol bahasa Inggrisnya+takut salah jadi maklumi ya)
Putra : Putra, putra is fine.
Billy : Ok, are you in shshsh school or university?
Putra : sorry?
Billy : are you student in asasfs school or university?
Putra : ....... mmm.... s... chool? *merasa bego karna ga ngerti*
Billy : oh? high school?
Putra : *Mendadak ngerti* Oh I'm in high school. Actually in vocational High School. *Senyum lebar 3 jari*
Billy : Oh Vocational, what are you learn about?
Putra : About mm... information *mendadak lupa bahasa Inggrisnya TI apa* about computer, programming.
Billy : Oh, programming! What programming language you learn?
Putra : I learn about Java programming right now *senyum-senyum indah ketegangan*
Billy : wow, what programming language you interested in?
Putra : Well, it's hard to choose because every programming language is interesting, but for now i'm want focus on Java *SUMPAHNYA INI DUSTA BESAR =)))))))))))*

Nah dari sini udah mulai test nya, gue udah rada lupa jadi langsung ke yang menariknya aja ya....

Billy : If your friend from Japan come to Indonesia, what will you suggest them to be polite in Indonesia?
Putra : *disini, gue mikir buat ngasih jawaban 'Kasih salam setiap ketemu orang+masuk rumah orang, tapi gue gatau bahasa Inggrisnya apa =))))* Well, I think I will tell them to smile *PLEASE INI APAAN =))))* because if they smile, Indonesian people will set their mind like 'oh, this is nice-person' and will help them explore Bandung/Indonesia *Senyum kecut layaknya miss Universe versi cowo*
Billy : Oh good, good, and where the first place you want to take them if they arrive in Bandung?
Putra : *gue sama sekali buta tempat wisata, gue hampir mau bilang kunjungin Balai Kota atau Rumah gue -_-* Well..... I think I will take them to..... *mikir keras*.... Braga! Yes, Braga. Because Braga is like old Bandung *sadar salah, meralat* I mean the original Bandung in the past and the second place is go to....... *mikir* .... Saung Mang Ujo! Because Saung Mang Ujo is like... a place who can describe our traditional things and our culture *SUMPAHNYA KE SAUNG MANG UJO AJA BELUM PERNAH =)))))*
Billy : Oh, good, very good. Then... What kind of movies you like to watch?
Putra : mmm... I like to watch mm.... a Comedy? Maybe a Horror or Action Movies. But, Actually it's hard to choose because I like everytype of movies if the plot/story are pretty good *senyum lebar*
Billy : Oh good, so, what is the last movies you seen?
Putra : mmm.... Harry... Potter? *gue ga yakin, dan ternyata sekarang gue sadar The Residence lah yang gue tonton terakhir kali*
Billy : Oh, what is the story about?
Putra : It's about... Harry, Harry Potter *Gue ngerasa bodoh disini*. It's about mm... the journey of this bestfriends, Harry, Ron, Hermione to find horcrux and destroy them and held a war at Hogwarts against Dumbledore eh Voldemort and... and... They win. *diem dulu beberapa detik, dan sadar* Eh and in the future, Harry marry Ginny, Ron and Hermione get married too. The End.
Billy : Oh, Ron married Hermione? Actually I didn't seen the movies yet.
Putra : Oh, you didn't? I prefer the book rather than the movies though
Billy : You didn't like the book?
Putra ; No, No I mean i Like the book more.

Dari sini gue lupa apa aja ya pertanyaannya, langsung aja ya ke akhir

Billy : Ok, Do you want to ask me something?
Putra : *tanpa pikir panjang* Why are you come to Indonesia?
Billy : When?
Putra : No, Why.
Billy : Well, i've been blablablabalbalbalablabalba *Intinya dia bilang buat ngilangin stres di US dan dia emang suka asia, dan akhirnya milih Indonesia walaupun keluarganya bilang 'WHAT? INDONESIA???'*
Putra : ooooh, are you love with Indnesia?
Billy : Well... blablabablablablabal *Intinya dia bilang kalo dia suka tinggal di Indonesia walaupun kadang macet bikin jengkel. Tapi keseluruhannya sih dia suka banget* Oke Putra, we've done. This is your result..
Putra : *jengjengggg*
Billy : Well, you are pretty good in speaking. You're flow and confident and yeah very good. Your Listening and Reading test also good but in Grammar is your weakness things. And my suggestion you have to focus on your Grammar in class. And also always speak in English! You have to, don't stop! You're very good in speaking.
Putra : *LEGA luar biasa kaya terbang ke langit paling ujung sana* Ah Thank you!
Billy : Thank You Putra, Nice to meet you.
Putra : Nice to meet you too. Thank you so much!

Nah dari situ lah akhirnya gue ditempatin di B2 Upp. Intermediate dan Mega (Sorry dear) di A2. Nah kita dari situ pulang ya. Pas dirumah gue baca tweet dari mega pas gue masih di interview :

"kok lama banget ya @putrasuranegara interviewnya, udah jadi temen ya sama bulenya, bikin tambah deg-degan"

See? I think I should agree with her because I AM the only one who held the longest interview =)))))))))
